HEALTH DATA PRIVACY COMPLIANCE

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy & Statutory Notice

Specialized statutory disclosures promulgated in strict compliance with the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA), Nevada Senate Bill 370, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, and applicable state consumer health information privacy laws.

STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVE

1. Statutory Scope & Corporate Operating Affirmation

Strategic Imperative: Routeget Technologies (‘Routeget’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’) issues this Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice to provide transparent, unambiguous disclosures regarding our operational practices concerning consumer health data as mandated by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373 et seq.) and corresponding state enactments.

This specialized Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our general Enterprise Privacy Policy and applies exclusively to ‘Consumer Health Data’—defined by statute as personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies the consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status, healthcare services, biometric data, genetic information, or precise health-related location.

As an enterprise technology consulting and software engineering firm specializing in Microsoft enterprise cloud architectures (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Healthcare APIs), Routeget operates primarily in a Business-to-Business (B2B) capacity. Routeget does NOT directly provide medical diagnosis, clinical healthcare treatment, direct-to-consumer health wellness apps, or retail pharmacy services. Consequently, Routeget does not intentionally collect, solicit, or maintain consumer health data through our public commercial websites (routeget.com or staging.routeget.com).

When Routeget provides systems integration, cloud database architecture, or software customization services to regulated healthcare providers, health plans, life sciences manufacturers, or health-tech enterprises, Routeget acts strictly as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) or as a statutory Processor under state health privacy laws. In such engagements, all processing of protected health information (PHI) or consumer health data is strictly governed by executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), client Data Processing Addenda, and documented client instructions.

EXECUTIVE FAQ

3. Verification Procedures & Submitting Consumer Health Data Requests

Detailed operational instructions for consumers wishing to exercise statutory health privacy rights.

To protect consumer privacy and prevent fraudulent data disclosures, Routeget executes rigorous identity verification. We require requestors to provide verifiable proof of identity matching the records in question (such as confirmed email verification, commercial relationship confirmation, or statutory declaration). If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we require written proof of legal authorization or a valid power of attorney.
When Routeget consultants, cloud engineers, or developers work on client projects involving healthcare systems (such as hospital ERP implementations or health plan CRM deployments), we do not access or extract consumer health data into our corporate environments. Work is performed within the client’s secured, audited, and isolated cloud boundaries under executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), utilizing synthetic, de-identified data whenever possible.
Upon receiving a verified consumer health data deletion request, Routeget purges the requested data from all active operational databases, development repositories, and caching layers within forty-five (45) calendar days. Backup copies are purged or rendered permanently inaccessible in accordance with our scheduled backup retention cycles and NIST SP 800-88 guidelines.
If Routeget denies all or part of your consumer health data request, you may appeal the decision within thirty (30) days by emailing legal-appeals@routeget.com with the subject line ‘Consumer Health Data Request Appeal’. Our Chief Legal Officer reviews the appeal and provides a final written response within forty-five (45) days. If the appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint or the relevant state enforcement agency.
