ALLIANCE ETHICS & SUPPLY CHAIN INTEGRITY

Mandatory Ethical Conduct Standards for Global Partners and Subcontractors

Review Routeget’s comprehensive code of conduct governing ethical business practices, anti-corruption compliance, labor human rights, environmental stewardship, and data protection for all global partners.

STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVE

Alliance Governance Mandate: Uncompromising Integrity Across Our Ecosystem

Strategic Imperative: Routeget’s reputation for excellence extends through our global network of alliance partners, system integrators, resellers, and subcontractors. We require our partners to uphold the same rigorous ethical standards we demand of ourselves.

At Routeget Technologies, our mission is to empower global organizations through transformative digital technologies, ethical stewardship, and sustainable innovation. Achieving this mission requires that our extended business ecosystem—including channel partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), systems integrators, staffing providers, and specialized subcontractors—operates with absolute integrity, legality, and moral clarity.

This Partner Code of Conduct outlines the mandatory standards of business conduct that all Routeget partners must follow as a condition of entering into or maintaining a commercial partnership with Routeget Technologies Consulting and its subsidiaries. These principles apply to all partner interactions with clients, government entities, competitors, employees, and third-party vendors.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct constitutes a material breach of partnership agreements, subjecting the offending partner to immediate contract termination, disqualification from the Routeget Partner Network, and potential legal prosecution for statutory violations. We expect our partners to champion these standards actively within their own supply chains.

EXECUTIVE FAQ

Strategic Clarity & Enterprise Architecture FAQ

All active partners are required to recertify compliance annually by having an authorized corporate officer execute Routeget’s Partner Compliance Attestation. Recertification is also mandatory upon any major corporate merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
Yes. Master partnership agreements grant Routeget or its designated independent audit firm the right to inspect relevant books, records, and security practices upon reasonable notice to verify compliance with anti-corruption, labor, and data protection standards.
Partner personnel may report suspected violations of law or this Code confidentially and anonymously through Routeget’s Global Whistleblower Reporting Hotline at ethics@routeget.com or through our online Whistleblower Portal with strict anti-retaliation protections.
