ENTERPRISE COMMERCIAL TERMS & BILLING GOVERNANCE

Transparent Commercial Refund, Milestone Settlement, and Cancellation Policy

Review Routeget’s formal corporate policy governing professional service retainers, software licensing refunds, milestone acceptance cancellations, and commercial dispute mediation.

STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVE

Billing Governance Mandate: Fair Commercial Terms and Equitable Recourse

Strategic Imperative: Enterprise engagements require absolute clarity regarding financial commitments, cancellation procedures, and milestone settlements. Routeget enforces transparent, equitable refund protocols.

At Routeget Technologies, our commercial relationships are founded upon mutual trust, transparent deliverables, and predictable financial accountability. As an enterprise digital transformation consultancy delivering sophisticated software implementations, bespoke engineering, and managed cloud services, our refund and cancellation policies reflect the structured nature of professional services contracting.

Professional services and custom software engineering are executed under formal Statements of Work (SOW) that outline specific deliverables, milestones, resource allocations, and acceptance testing windows. Once resources are mobilized and technical architecture deliverables are accepted by client leadership, associated fees reflect incurred labor, proprietary knowledge transfer, and dedicated infrastructure allocation.

This corporate policy establishes the governing framework for milestone cancellations, pre-paid retainer balances, software license termination, and service level agreement (SLA) billing credits. By delineating clear timelines, notification channels, and dispute escalation paths, Routeget guarantees fair, equitable financial outcomes across all enterprise contracts.

EXECUTIVE FAQ

Strategic Clarity & Enterprise Architecture FAQ

Critical architectural, operational, and licensing considerations for executive leadership and steering committees.

If a client pauses an engagement for operational reasons, advance deposits are retained in a dedicated escrow ledger and credited toward project resumption. If the engagement cannot resume within 180 days, unutilized balances are refunded after deducting verified costs incurred prior to the suspension notice.
Milestone disputes enter a mandatory 15-day technical review window. Routeget provides an independent Senior Solution Architect to evaluate deliverables against the documented acceptance criteria in the SOW. If deficiencies are validated, Routeget remediates them at no charge. If specifications were altered, an equitable change order is proposed.
Perpetual and term software licenses purchased through third-party partners (such as Microsoft) are subject to the vendor’s enterprise licensing rules. Routeget proprietary software licenses are non-refundable after successful license key issuance and activation, except as explicitly provided in an executed Master Services Agreement.
To request an SLA service credit, clients must submit an incident ticket within 30 days of the calendar month in which the downtime occurred. Our infrastructure operations team validates telemetry logs against contractual availability thresholds and automatically credits the client’s next invoice.
