Enterprise Privacy & Data Governance Policy

Comprehensive disclosures regarding personal data collection, processing operations, cross-border transfer protocols, automated decision safeguards, and data subject rights across Routeget Technologies global operations.

STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVE

1. Corporate Commitment to Data Protection & Regulatory Integrity

Strategic Imperative: Routeget Technologies (‘Routeget’, ‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’) is committed to upholding the highest global benchmarks of data privacy, regulatory transparency, and cybersecurity governance across all consulting, software development, cloud hosting, and advisory engagements.

This Enterprise Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, transmission, and disposal of personal information and corporate client data gathered through our public digital properties (including routeget.com and staging.routeget.com), proprietary enterprise software platforms, client support portals, recruitment systems, and professional services consulting operations. We operate in strict adherence to global privacy regulations, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR), the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CCPA/CPRA), the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and relevant national data protection frameworks across the jurisdictions in which we operate.

As an enterprise technology advisory and systems integration firm, Routeget acts primarily as a Data Processor (or Service Provider under CPRA) when delivering client engagements, processing business information strictly in accordance with documented client instructions, master service agreements, and executed Data Processing Addenda (DPAs). When managing our corporate websites, organizing professional events, executing commercial outreach, and managing employee recruitment, Routeget operates as an independent Data Controller.

We enforce an organizational zero-trust security paradigm and data minimization discipline. We never monetize, sell, or rent personal data. Every category of information collected serves a defined, legitimate business or contractual purpose, supported by verified cryptographic security, rigorous role-based access controls, and transparent retention lifecycles.

Upon expiration of applicable retention windows, data is securely overwritten or cryptographically shredded in accordance with NIST SP 800-88 guidelines.
We maintain a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) featuring multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforcement across all corporate endpoints, role-based access control (RBAC), continuous vulnerability scanning, third-party penetration testing, automated security patch management, TLS 1.3 transport encryption, and 24/7/365 Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring. All employees undergo mandatory annual privacy and cybersecurity training.
